Great for "slow exercise" power of 10
This is the perfect timer for the "slow exercise" approach. For example, when doing a bicep curl, taken 10 seconds to lift the weight and then another 10 to lower it. The idea is to have muscle failure by about the 8th rep. (Youll have to experiment with the right weight.)
I set the round length to 10 seconds, the warning to 1 and the rest length to another 10 seconds.
Simple and functional controls. A champ!
